By now, most people’s new year’s goals and resolutions start to fizzle out. January may have come and passed, but the year is still young. You can still get your butt in gear and achieve all of your yearly goals!
Today I’m partnering with the Unbound Planner to give you tips on how to reach all of your goals and plan for success!
To me, planning is the BIGGEST key to reaching goals. I think the main reason why people don’t achieve their goals is that they didn’t plan well. They just say “My resolution is to lose weight” and that’s it. Or maybe they plan, but they don’t plan well and they end up feeling overwhelmed.
Planning ahead, planning well, and keeping track of your progress is how you make sure you’ll reach your goals!
And, of course, planning well starts with a good planner.
I’ve tried out many different planners. I’ve found a few that just didn’t work, a few that I liked, and a few that I even loved. But I can honestly say that none of them were like the Unbound Planner.
The Unbound Planner has so many helpful features that will for sure help you stay on track with your 2018 goals. I wanted to share a few of them with you!
– 2018 Goal Planning Section
One thing I haven’t really seen in other planners is a yearly goal planning section – at least, one that’s this helpful. The Unbound Planner has a section of pages dedicated to setting your yearly goals with helpful tips, including this brainstorming page. If you haven’t even set your yearly goals yet, this is especially helpful. Even if you’ve set your goals, this is still helpful because it will help you get more specific with them and really plan them out!
– Monthly calendar spread
Their monthly calendar spread is helpful for seeing the big picture of the month. There’s a space for each month’s focus, your monthly goals, monthly gifts that you need to purchase (which is awesome), and a monthly reflection. When you’re setting yearly goals, it’s helpful to break down the goals into monthly goals so you can stay focused. And fellow bloggers, the monthly spread is also great to use as your content calendar.
– Weekly + daily spreads
This planner’s daily and weekly spreads are also perfect. They have sections for everything you need, from gratitude to daily/weekly focuses to morning routines. All of this is perfect for making sure that you’re prioritizing what’s important to you and staying on track toward your goals. Side note: I lovelovelove the fact that it actually includes a daily habit tracker!
– Project planning pages
If you have any big projects to tackle, these project planning pages are perfect. Whether you’re planning a home renovation project or planning to write a book, this will help you map it out and break it down into your schedule. It helps big projects feel way less overwhelming!
– Other thoughts
I have a few other things I wanted to point out. First, I love the texture and simplicity of the cover! I also love the quality – it’s a very well-made planner. And the pages are so simply laid out but cover pretty much everything you want to keep track of. I think it’s the perfect planner for pretty much anyone, honestly. And if you’re a fellow blogger, the monthly spread can be super handy to use as a content calendar. You can even set a monthly “focus” or theme. I actually have nothing negative to say about it. On to the giveaway!
So, I can honestly say that the Unbound Planner is probably my new favorite planner. It’s perfect for making sure that you’re forming good habits, staying on track, and achieving your goals. The creators were kind enough to offer a copy of the planner to 1 lucky winner. You can enter the giveaway below! 🙂
