It seems like a lot of people (myself included, sometimes!) complain that they always feel tired, even when they get enough sleep. I know sometimes I just feel so ‘blah’ and un-energetic, it’s hard to feel motivated to work or get stuff done.
We’re so quick to blame our ‘busy lifestyles’ for our fatigue problems – and sometimes we’re right. But a lot of the time, there are other problems that we may not realize.
