Trying to live a more “green” or eco-friendly lifestyle seems to becoming more and more common. A lot of people are looking for ways to reduce their impact on the environment. But a lot of people also harm the environment without even realizing it.
When it comes to exercise, a lot of people seem to have a hard time getting motivated. I know I do! But that’s because we try so hard to find outside things to motivate us, instead of getting creative and figuring out what we can trigger inside of us to get us moving.
Okay, so I’ve only been practicing meditation for a few months now. But I can already tell you it’s like a magic pill! Seriously. When I discovered it, I was looking for things to help with anxiety problems. It helps with so many things in your life, though; it’s hard to find something that it doesn’t help with.
