Ever since I learned to read, I’ve pretty much always had a book with me. I like anything from suspense to chick-lit to self-help to biographies. But today, I’m just talking about self-help!

I read a lot so I’ll probably be writing a post like this every few months with more of my favorite books for personal growth. 🙂
But here are 7 of my favorite self-improvement books!
This book was great! If you ever feel like you’re in a funk or “stuck” in life or want to change but don’t know where to start, this book is for you! It’s about creating positive, fool-proof changes in your day-to-day life in order to create the life of your dreams. It’s such an inspiring and encouraging read and the author is super likable!
You may or may not have already read my review, but this is an amazing book! It’s all about focusing on others instead of being selfish. It gives you ideas on how to brighten up another person’s day and spread happiness around. With all of the negativity going on in the world, I think that everyone could benefit from reading this. I absolutely loved it!
You may or may not have also read my review of this book too. Gratitude is one of my favorite things, though. It helps with anxiety, keeping a positive mindset, being mindful, and so much more. I think that it’s super important, and it may seem too “new age-y” but I think that gratitude can really create massive abundance in your life too! I definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn about the life-changing magic of gratitude!
Cara Alwill Leyba is one of my biggest role models, so I had to include her on this list! She’s so inspiring and I’m always so excited to read her books. This one is all about celebrating who you are, figuring out what makes you “sparkle” and designing the life of your dreams; the life you deserve!
This book was an eye-opener for me. I was honestly always a skeptic when it came to the law of attraction. I used to sort of roll my eyes when I heard people talking about it. But I had to read this book since it was written by Jessica Dimas (one of my favorite bloggers) and she changed my mind! She explains the law of attraction in a different way and it totally opened my eyes to it. If you need any motivation or positivity in your life, this book is for you!
Another book by Cara Alwill Leyba! This one helps you feel good about yourself and comfortable with your body. I think that a lot of us could use a book like this and I totally recommend it to any girl who ever feels bad about her body or size!
This book is awesome! If you ever feel intimidated, scared or just plain not good enough, this is the book for you! The title says it all – it helps you realize there’s no need to doubt yourself; you’re a badass and you should go after what you want. I recommend this to anyone who is scared to go after what they want in any area of life!
