So, I had listened to podcasts before once in a while but I’ve mentioned before that recently, I’ve gotten SO into them. I listen to them all the time while I’m working or doing chores and things like that.
Side note: I’m actually debating starting my own podcast because I love them so much, haha.
I know that I’m late to the whole podcast obsession train, but I thought I’d share some of my favorite ones with you guys! I plan on sharing these posts every once in a while as I find new ones that I love. 🙂
These podcasts are about true crime, self-improvement, and business – three of my favorite topics. So, if you love any of these topics too, I hope you find a couple of new podcasts that you haven’t listened to yet!
Here are 5 of my favorite podcasts right now!
1- Crime Junkie
Like I’ve said so many times before, I love true crime. Crime Junkie is probably my favorite true crime podcast right now. It’s hosted by lifelong best friends Ashley and Britt, and they do a great job! As soon as I found this podcast, I binged literally every single episode and now that I’m caught up, it sucks waiting for new ones haha. Each episode is about a different murder, a missing person, or a serial killer. Most cases are just 1 episode. And if there’s ever a new update in a case they’ve covered, they immediately release a new episode. If you like true crime and haven’t listened to this yet, you need to right now!
2- RISE podcast
I love Rachel Hollis so of course, I love this podcast. RISE is all about how to live your best life and run your best business. She interviews tons of different leaders in the worlds of personal development and business and each episode gives tons of great advice. If you love self-improvement and/or you’re an entrepreneur, this is the podcast for you!

3- Crime After Crime
I’ve mentioned before that Danelle Hallan is one of my favorite YouTubers and Crime After Crime is a podcast she does with her friend John Lordan. They do one episode per month, and each one is a contest to see who can present the best story about crimes, ranging from “Most Bizarre Weapon” to “Craziest Costumed Criminal” and more. Each episode is entertaining and the hosts always make me laugh. It’s a lighter, more entertaining take on true crime and it’s not always about murder either.

4- The Perfectionism Project
The Perfectionism Project is another one of my favorite personal development podcasts. I think it was actually one of the first podcast I had ever listened to, a while back. It was created by Sam Laura Brown and it mostly revolves around things from a perfectionist’s perspective but I think you’ll find it helpful even if you don’t identify as a perfectionist. Some of the topics are mindset, procrastination, habits, and more. Sam has such a lovely personality and I love listening to this podcast!

5- True Crime Garage
Yet another true crime podcast! True Crime Garage is definitely one of my favorites. It’s hosted by Nic and “Captain” and they cover murders and missing persons cases. I love the way that they handle the cases! They’re respectful and they dive super deep into each case, making each one span 2 episodes. If you like true crime, you’ll definitely love this.
